For framed prints, my first choice is always metallic paper, and pearl fine art paper is a close second. The colors, especially blues, yellows and oranges really pop on those papers. Don't confuse metallic paper with metal! I'm stressing this because I've had customers get confused about this in the past.
Metal is actually a sheet of aluminum coated with a bright white finish. The fine details are outstanding, the color depth is life-like, and the images have a three-dimensional feel. I offer both matte and glossy finishes. Your choice depends on where they will hang. Glossy is my first choice for a home environment. Areas such as offices and lobbies, and very large prints, work better with a matte finish because it reduces the glare of reflected light.
Canvas is very popular. It fits just about anywhere and is easy to hang. I recommend glossy canvas, as it picks up the details much better than a matte finish.

Many of my images, especially the panoramas and high-resolution images, can be printed big enough to fill a wall. 8' high and 20' wide in some cases. The fulfillment lab doesn't handle those sizes, but I can take custom orders. Send your needs to support@wolkove.com and include the image name, desired size range, full contact and shipping information, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible with a custom quote. I'll never sell an image that looks pixelated and muddy at that size. You can be assured of a tack-sharp, high-resolution image where you'll find new details you never noticed before, every time you look at it. If I can't make it look that good, I won't make it at all.

The shipping price is calculated by the lab based on the weight of your order.
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days, and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

We will provide a no-charge replacement or refund for any quality issues and orders damaged in shipping. We may request to have the defective product returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. For a refund or replacement, please contact support@wolkove.com.
Since all products are custom made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements of products ordered by mistake or based on preference. Please be sure to view the sample images and product descriptions. If you need help choosing a medium, please contact us for assistance.
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet gone into production. However, keep in mind that due to our quick turnaround time, this happens very quickly! Please contact support@wolkove.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We will do our best to help.
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
When we approve the replacement, we will send a shipping label and instructions.
