Camelback Mountain is a world-famous landmark in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. It's a favorite of hikers and climbers and the location of million-dollar homes and luxurious golf courses.
I located a spot with a clear line of sight to the mountain. I visited that spot more than 20 times, waiting for the perfect combination of lighting and clouds around sunset. These images were taken with a Sony A-99ii SLT camera with a 70-400mm lens set at around 120mm to get a clear view of the mountain, golf course and beautiful homes. 6 high-resolution images were stitched together to make a 100+ megapixel image. They can be printed big enough to fill a wall and custom ordered in sizes up to 6' x 20' or more.
